Overall I am very happy with this mouse. I like how you can program the buttons to whatever you like including keystrokes. The analog vs digital scrolling is nice as well. My only complaint is that the bluetooth is spotty. Sometimes when I open my laptop it takes a bit to connect and will often do this weird thing where it moves the mouse around the screen like a ghost. All of this was solved by not using bluetooth and just using the little USB stub, not too inconvenient as it's so small but if you had limited USB ports or a computer without traditional USB ports this could be a deterrent. Battery life is crazy good I've charged it once since I bought it in August, so about 5 months ago and I use it everyday at work.

Bought to use with my iPad Pro 12 - works fine. Easy to use, good size, rechargeable, can switch between iPad and my computer if I want to.

My only complaint about this mouse is that to use the middle mouse button I press the button behind the scroll wheel instead of the scroll wheel itself which I think is more typical.

Used it today for the first time, so I can't comment on its utility over time. I can say, however, that it arrived promptly in excellent condition. Also, it's smaller than I thought it would be under my female palm. Not sure if guys would find it hard to use. It's lightweight.

I LOVED my VX Nano...even tried to buy used ones when mine finally went to mouse Heaven. Nothing could top VX Nano...not even the MX Anywhere 2S. But it comes close. Oh, so close.Form factor is the same. It's very small in the hands, easy on the wrist. The switchable hyper-scroll wheel is still there, and the app switch button is still programmable to hot keys (as was my favorite features on the VX Nano: assignable hot keys to each button, PER application). My gripes, and this is what gets it a lesser rating than the king of the hill VX Nano, is that the forward/back buttons are now closer to the hand, on the thumb. VX kept them up at the top, to be activated by the index finger. I find this annoying, but it is subjective. The second issue is the rechargable built-in battery. The VX Nano used 2x AAA batteries, which I just used Eneloops or Amazon Basic rechargables. I keep a pack on the side and swap them out every few months, as needed, and I did that for years. With the internal battery, as this thing weakens and dies, it doesn't give me the option to swap and extend its life. The battery will no doubt die before the mouse does, unfortunately. And third was the connectivity. While it came with the dongle (which I ended up using, no different than the VX Nano) the mouse proudly says it has Bluetooth. Well, the Bluetooth refused to work with my 2018 Macbook Pro running 10.13.6. A quick search found that many running Macs have the issue with Bluetooth and the MX Anywhere 2S. So while I'm running it no different than my 10-year-old mouse via USB dongle, it's annoying that I can't use the updated Bluetooth feature with this next-generation mouse. So for those with separation anxiety from their own beloved VX Nano's, behold: this is your replacement...but it's not perfect.

This is overall a great mouse! I am disappointed in the feel of the scroll wheel, but the connectivity is seamless and the battery life is amazing! It is rechargeable with micro-usb, which is super convenient, and the bluetooth connectivity really keeps the space clean without the USB dongle. Main concern is the scroll wheel...

I compared this with the m720 and it was tough since they both had their pros and cons but ultimately I prefer the m720 and it mainly comes down to the fact that there's a Mouse 3 button on the scroll wheel for the m720 whereas on this that's how you switch scroll modes. I believe you also have the ability to tilt scroll left/right with the m720 unlike this product. The MX Anywhere 2S does have superior tracking though which is more handy if you're working on a variety of surfaces, especially glass which the m720 does not work at all on. This is more portable as well which is a pro/con in itself since the m720 is just more comfortable for daily use.

Works well and smooth operation. Only issue I have with it is sensitive operation of thumbwheel. Slight contact with thumbwheel will cause screen movement which can be bothersome

Though a bit small compared to my main mouse and for my hands, this was easy to connect without the dongel and has all the functionality and programability I wanted.

Love the mouse. I use it to switch between two touchscreen laptops. It works great but sometimes it wont connect to one of the laptops and I have to manually switch the mouse. Otherwise I love it! Definitely recommend it if trying to work with more than ine computer or screen! Loooove it!

Worked great, fit my hand well. I kept it plugged in via USB because occasionally the cursor would lag during heavy CPU usage

First thing I would like to clearly state: having used this mouse daily for about 2 years, I find this mouse far far better than apple magic mouse 2 ergonomically. It has excellent battery life too. One full charge lasts several months. However, there are few annoyances.1. I have been using this to play games and the middle button doesn't registered as middle click required for some games.2. Also, the battery life can only be found in the logitech options app. The information provided there is not precise as the indicator only has 3 bars. The bluetooth menu doesn't show battery percent as other devices like logitech k811 keyboard do.3. Some apps on macos like adobe reader has unusually fast scrolling speed. Its really annoying.

Mouse quality overall is great- good tracking, satisfying scroll wheel, and great battery. The manual switching is quick and easy. Logitech flow works as intended but it sometimes a bit slow. I just wish the device toggle could be placed or remapped to the top of the device, instead of lifting the mouse constantly when switching devices. My use case is a bit quirky since I'm typically using 3 computers simultaneously, but if you are using this for travel between work and home, it's fabulous.

The only thing that make me give it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the middle button does not work like a normal middle button. I don't normally USE the middle button, so that doesn't bug me. I love the scroll wheel, which switches between regular mode and a free spinning fly wheel mode which is very useful. The wheel is weighted nicely, and performs perfectly. There is another very similar logitech mouse for a bit more money (forget the name). It is just like this one, but the middle button works as expected. I paid about $50 for this mouse. That other one is around the $70 mark right now.. Since I don't need the middle button, I went ahead with this one, and I am very pleased.

Excellent mouse. Feels nice and has acceptable wireless range. Only downside is that the middle mouse wheel is not a button. Pressing it mechanically switches between two mouse wheel 'feels.'

This mouse is made of a pretty sturdy plastic, and depending on which model you purchase, it comes in a light or dark color with bronze or silver trim. Its great that unlike previous rechargeable models there is no need for a separate dock to charge. Simply plug it into a standard microUSB to charge. The mouse supports pairing to 3 separate bluetooth devices concurrently (you can only control one at a time). If your device's bluetooth supports it, the mouse's battery level will also be displayed via the device's bluetooth indicators. It can also be used via the standard proprietary Logitech unifying USB mini dongle. One star off on the engineering around this. There is nowhere to store the micro dongle when you are not using it, and it is very easily lost. In the first MX Anywhere, you could simply slide off the battery cover and there was a slot to store the USB reciever. Another part of why I get it one star off is that these mice for the price no longer come with a carrying case, compared to the first MX Anywhere. This is now a separate $10-$20 charge. It kind of puts the name 'Anywhere' in question since a carrying case made it more mobile. Usability-wise, the mouse is very quick, responsive, and really does work on most surfaces. The mouse is just weighty enough to handle gaming properly. It is not too heavy and not too light, and just the right size to be portable or be a permanent desk mouse. I've been able to use this mouse on an Android phone, a Windows PC, a MacBook Pro, and an Android tablet. Sorry iPhones do not support Bluetooth Mice at the time of this writing.
