I have ruined so many keyboards lately by spilling stuff on them and having them get stuck keys we ran out of old used keyboards to replace them. My son worked for a computer dealer a few years ago and got good deals on computers so he had a stock of them stored away. As they all died the running joke was we were going to have to stock up on more keyboards just so Mom could stay on the computer. Of course it didn't help that we got a new cat that thinks anything liquid must be spilled in order to taste it including anything liquid on my computer desk.
So I was on the last keyboard and trying to protect it from danger and dang if I didn't spill something on it. I knew it was time to start looking. When I saw this keyboard that could actually be cleaned in water I thought it was too good to be true. The price was good and it had pretty good reviews on the web so it became my Christmas present from my son. I was so glad I was able to return his last spare keyboard to him while it still worked--I didn't tell him about the spill--it was just on the numbers sections.
This keyboard is just fine. It doesn't have mechanical keys which I guess means the keys are shallower and don't have the same feel as the usual office keyboard. But they feel fine to me--much better than the shallow keys on my notebook. My only problem is that this keyboard may be a tiny bit smaller than my old ones--I tend to bump the caps lock button when reaching for the letter 'a' but it is very easy to fix and no where near as annoying as having a key that won't work at all like I had before. I like the white keys (maybe they are gray) against the black background. The keys seem to have little decals on them showing the letter so I hope those stay on; I've been using it daily for about a month now and they look good, no signs of coming loose or wearing off.
I haven't needed to dunk it in the sink to wash it yet but it is nice to know I can if I have to. Hubby is the one that always has food on his keys because he tends to snack at the computer and splatter apple and orange juice on his keys. The area under each key cap is raised up so there aren't any holes under the keys where dust and crumbs can get stuck so I can just tip the keyboard and most specks fall right off.
The keyboard is very light weight and I was afraid at first it was going to not have the weight to stay put but it has little feet that flip up on the bottom that have little foam pads on them so the keyboard doesn't slide around on my desk.
All in all, it is a great keyboard and I hope it lasts for years.

I've been using this keyboard for two months now and love it. Knowing how quick and easy it will be I just about get excited when it comes time to washing it.
Previous keywords would get full of gunk and were a pain to keep clean. With this one I simply run it under the facet for a few seconds and it's as good as new. Any grim, gunk, cat hair and my hair simply washes off--even in the areas between the keys.
The keys are very sturdy and a bit more raised but should be easy for anyone to get use to. I don't see that as a negative.
Lastly this keyboard is well priced for the ability of being able to run it under the facet to clean it. This is the answer to anyone who has a grimy looking keyboard or is just messy in general.

I was surprised to find a keyboard that was really washable and submergable. Unfortunately, as soon as my son said he'd really like it as a gift, I ordered it.....only to get another link from him an hour later saying he found a wireless one on Amazon he wanted even more. So this was returned and the replacement is doing great.

This keyboard has a nice and simple contemporary look to it and feels great in terms of build quality (some Logitech models suffer in this department). The spill-proof/washable feature is also great, seeing as how that's how I decommissioned my last keyboard. There are only a couple of things that I have gripes with, and one of those might just be a personal preference on my end. First, the keystroke feels a little 'gummy'. I understand that it may due to the waterproof nature of the design, but coming from the ultra-slim, perfect stroke Logitech models, it just feels like you need to put in a bit more effort to type quickly. In that regard, the keyboard also feels significantly higher than my last. Second, the raising supports in the back are positioned asymmetrically (the right support is located much further in than the left) which causes the right side of the keyboard to feel unstable. It's not unbearable, but you can definitely notice it the higher up you go. All-in-all, I would still recommend this keyboard. Being washable (without having to take it apart and assemble it) is just too cool to pass up.
In summary:
PROS:
-Great looking
-Build quality
-Washable!
CONS:
-Gummy keystroke
-Not as thin as some newer keyboards
-Right raising support position (causes minor instability)

Pros:
-I've spilled juice and coffee on it, and washed it with soap and water under my bathtub tap each time. It comes clean very easily, and works again instantly with only towel drying.
-The key design makes it easy to clean even without washing, you can easily access under the keys to sweep out crumbs and dust.
-It's satisfying to use, the key resistance isn't too high.
Cons:
-It's slightly louder than a slim-type laptop style keyboard, which is what I'm used to.

I am using this on my kid's computer. They eat and drink at the computer desk (no matter how many times I tell them not too!). So far, it's been a snap to clean! Personally, it's not the kind of keyboard *I* would like as the keys have a different feel than my traditional keyboard which makes it a bit more difficult to type. My kids have no issues however (but they henpeck ). I would definitly recommend this if you eat or drink at your keyboard

I do eat at my computer which I know it bad but now I can wash the nasty thing when it gets too bad. I really like the white on black also. It's a nice contrast. They should buy those things where I work......yuck!

I luv this washable keyboard because I am consantly spilling my coffee or water on my keyboard and destroying them...but not with this one...you can submerge this entire keyboard into soapy water and it will still work with no problems...this is a great invention and kudos to Logitech for this great idea~

I love this keyboard. It is soft and easy to the touch. It is full sized but not bulky on my limited work space. It can be washed! I think this is a genius idea because I often eat while working at my PC. No more turning over, banging and sweeping with a little brush or removing keys to sweep out under them.

Bought this for myself for an early Christmas gift. It's great! It looks good, feels good, works instantly by just plugging into a USB port. And it is every bit as cleanable as advertised. Standard keyboard, in size and layout, with nice large easy keys. Usual little flip-up feet to get a slight tilt for more comfortable typing. Handy brush in a built-in holder on the back of the keyboard, too. In short, every thing I hoped it would be. No more grubby-looking keyboards for me! I'd recommend this to anyone.

Some folks have written about the mushy feel of this keyboard, but I say it feels great! It's much easier on my fingers and quieter. You still get a soft click for those who want that reassurance of a clicking keyboard. I've had no problem adjusting to the different feel, and no problem with the arrangement of keys as some have indicated. I have not bathed it yet, either on purpose or not. I don't drink anything but water around the keyboard, so food has been the big issue with my regular keyboard, and now it's not. Everything dusts off very easily without all those nasty cracks and crevices that food (and dust) likes to fall in. Love the keyboard!

As most of my work involves being on a computer my normal keyboard would get extremely dirty and disgusting. It was always a hassle to clean out food from underneath the keys or a spilled drink that would make the keys sticky which in turn would allow dust to get stuck on. I finally got tired of the problem and decided to buy this keyboard and it's just perfect. The spacing between keys actually makes it so I type even faster and I wouldn't say it's like typing on a mechanical keyboard but I am really enjoying the feel of the keys and the soft click each one makes. More importantly IT IS really easy to clean out dirty, food or anything. It even comes with a convenient cleaning brush that attaches to the bottom of the keyboard. Great product for a fair price! I would highly recommend this for anyone that sits at a keyboard all day, such as Web Developers.

I have been using this keyboard for a while now and it is the main keyboard that I use. I have always had a problem with dirty keyboards because of the amount of time that I use the keyboard and because of this it gets really dirty. With this keyboard I am able to wash it and keep it clean every week. I have had no problem washing it. The keyboard is also very nice for typing. The keys feel sturdy and is quite similar to using my other keyboard.
-Keyboard has clips on the bottom for elevating keyboard for easy typing
-Very easy to clean. Comes with a brush to clean more
-Nice looking keyboard
-I bought this keyboard from Amazon and it was delivered fast

I purchased this after really getting used to a MacBook Pro keyboard and enjoying how much space there are between keys. These keys are spaces out very nicely and prevents me from fat-fingering while typing. The keyboard being washable is just and added perk and it worked great. The cost is very reasonable for the product you are getting.

I had been concerned to see that solvent from alcohol wipes drips into the keyboard mechanism, causing keystrokes to become unreliable. Now I even use bleach disinfecting wipes between the keys.

Was walking in the store and tried this keyboard and loved it.
I can type much better on this.
The keys have great action and spring to them and the quality is excellent.
I found out it was waterproof later, when I was getting ready to buy it.
This is good because I once spit beer all over a keyboard
when I was laughing (happened 2 times, . . yeah I know)
and it destroyed the keyboard. Don't have to worry about that now.
Plus it's wired : I hate having to always change batteries on things.
I'm gonna to buy another just to have a spare.

It does type a bit more mushy than normal keyboards, but the fact that I won't have another one die after my toddler spills my coffee onto it, is amazing! It's quite small and thin, so it doesn't take up much room on the desk as well. I'm just really happy that I don't have to worry about spills anymore :) I also like the way it looks, quite neat. Normally I don't like white keys because they get grungy, but that isn't an issue as this one can be washed.

I've lived with the keyboard through the weekend (I'm on the computer a lot), and I just love it. I don't have issues typing, the key feel is quite nice to me. Really I am very happy with this purchase. I love the keyboard. It looks nice, types nicely, and I love that it is washable. But really even without the washable quality, I would love it.

A helpful toddler spilled my coffee on my keyboard this weekend. It was awesome to just be able to run it under the sink. Highly recommended purchase for those with little ones or who are prone to messes! (I have both ;p)
