I just love it that every every hand-used product on the market has ergonomic labeled onto it as if it is a measurable quantity. This mouse is almost flat and makes you hands hurt after a while if your mouse surface is below the laptop / monitor surface. The middle button is actually the square thing below the wheel, and the wheel button itself is a mechanical switch between smooth and discrete scrolling. Thus, not good for gaming. That being said, switching between scrolling modes and the ability to connect to several computers and change between them in the press of a button is SO helpful that I don't know how I've managed without it until now. If you place it correctly on your table, and really don't want to pay some extra cash for the MX Master or MX Vertical (I own them both as well), it can be good for you.

For an avid mac user and art director. This is spot on with the adobe creative software. smooth and acurate and comfortable. Also surprising battery life.

The mouse itself feels very high quality and is heavier than I was expecting. Performance is very smooth. However, I will be returning this one because after a few days of heavy use I have some wrist pain. I have arthritis in my wrist though, so I'm pretty sensitive. The mouse is shaped very nicely, but I think it's just a little too small for my hand and that is the contributing factor to causing the ergo pain. I have replaced it with a MX Master 3, which is much taller and I hope will ease the pain. The new Flow technology from Logitech is a game changer. Like many people who are now thrust into working from home due to coronavirus shutdowns, I'm constantly having to jump back and fourth between my home desktop and my work laptop. The ability to use a single mouse and simply slide off one screen and onto another is incredible! The copy/paste features are icing on the cake. My only complaint is that when moving from the dongle-equipped PC to the bluetooth-paired laptop, there's a half second delay for the mouse to move over. On the transition in the other direction (Bluetooth to dongle), it's perfectly seamless. This happened with both the Anywhere 2S and the Master 3 mice, so I'm assuming it's a limitation of the technology and not a true defect. I may try using bluetooth on both machines to see if that helps.I've just ordered a Flow-compatible keyboard to complete my setup. Great job, Logitech!

August Update after a few months of use:I'm dropping it from 5 stars to 4. The part I liked the most (Logitech Flow) seems glitchy and I eventually just turned it off. It would suddenly stop working and then recover. Other times it wouldn't recover until I rebooted one of the PCs. Also, during gaming, sometime the mouse would drift off and get 'lost' on the other PC. Disabling this cool feature was a bummer, but necessary. Maybe it'll improve in the future.------------------------------------------The mouse itself feels very high quality and is heavier than I was expecting. Performance is very smooth. I was forced to Work From Home due to the Corona-virus outbreak. My company did not have the capacity to take all of our equipment home so I had to purchase something for myself. The connection to my laptop was flawless, the ergonomics are great and the design was great for my intent. I was skeptical at first but love this mouse/keyboard combo. Small and compact and near perfect movement...zero latency!

Bought this to use with Sketchup for modeling and it’s fantastic. I can assign the buttons to do specific actions in the program which makes it so much easier to create a model than using a standard mouse.

I have a home and a work laptop. I wanted a wireless mouse that easily switches between laptops and works with a good wireless keyboard. This one fits the bill quite well. I bought the MX Keys keyboard with it so I got two USB dongles, one for each laptop. That allows me to avoid Bluetooth and the annoying come-out-of-sleep delay.

Shortcut buttons are great for using on a Mac. Make sure you download the Logitech Options software for maximum customization.

This is a great mouse for the cost. I've connected it to recharge only once in the last three months and i use is daily at home and at the office. I've now upgraded my home mouse to the MX Master 3 so i don't have to keep taking it home with my laptop. I'll submit a separate review once that product has demonstrated quality. This current MX Anywhere 2S has demonstrated reliability, accuracy, and excellent usability--recommend as a purchase to all friends and family. In this case you get what you pay for.

The size is perfect for me (I dont' like resting my palm on it, just control it using the tips of my fingers and with my wrist on the table). It works on any surface, transparent surfaces included. The middle button just below to scroll wheel works great as a third mouse button, which I use often for engineering applications such as Ansys, Femap, and Solidworks. The forward/backward buttons on the left side work great right out of the box.

Great mouse but the scroll wheel is a bit loose......This is an updated review because about a week after I wrote this, I found out if you press the scroll wheel, it changes the resistance. Very ergonomic and amazing battery.

What I like about this mouse is that it is:- The size of the mouse is very comfortable.- I am an AutoCAD drawer, and the buttons this mouse has makes drawing very easy.- The Logitech app let me set a different function to each button depending on the software I am using (Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)- The battery of the mouse is insane. It last weeks without charging. Sometimes I forgot to turn off the mouse and it stays on for days.
