Love this processor so far. Was going to go with AMD FX8350 but this is worth the extra money. Haven't overclocked yet. Using this on an ASUS Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2 motherboard w/ 16gb Corsair Veng Pro Ram (Will be buying 2 more sticks for 32gb) and a Samsung 850 EVO SSD. So far it's a beast.

This processor is super fast. Start up only takes 3 sec. Very easy to install. It was pricy but well worth it. Not much else to say.

No complaints other than me not doing my proper research and buying something I didn't quite need, could've settled for a good i5 for my gaming rig but I needed the best . This thing rocks but if I was going for an i7 again I would go for this version here: http://amzn.to/1f2kkg2Pros:Insane power and speed, great overclockability, does not run too hot if properly cooled (im using hyper 212 evo which can be found here: http://amzn.to/1B1JJAA after ditching a AIO watercooler), does not bottleneck anything except on some particular GPU benchmarks like valley, this thing does not blink for any game... everCons:I did not need this much processor. IF Building a non 4k GAMING RIG probably just get a i5 4690k here: http://amzn.to/1MnH58uI wish I had and used the cash for upgrading GPU. BUT now I've got this beast of a processor that will handle any card I can throw at it so I'm happy.

I LOVE this keyboard! It's comfortable, looks nice, and crumbs don't get stuck between the keys. I've had it for a year so far and haven't had any issues. Highly recommended. Update: 3 years later and I'm still liking this keyboard a lot. No issues to note.

I originally purchased the i5-2500k and soon returned the i5 for this processor. I have noticed a huge difference with editing 4k video and for 3D prototyping. I would definitly get this i7 again.

This is a very power processor. I am consistently impressed with its performance. It does run hot, so I would get a good CPU cooler to keep it below 80c. At first I installed an H60, but under full load this CPU would be between 85-87c. I replaced the H60 with a Noctua DH-15, and now I have temps of between 75-78c under full load.
