  I have owned every version of the Logitech MX Anywhere Mouse model made and this 2s version does not disappoint. I purchased multiple version 2 models as gifts for co-workers, friends and family members to use. They are that good. When you come across something so good you can't help but share in the goodness. :-) Anyway, I decided to purchase this new 2s model, since it was a very good price and see about ordering a replacement battery for my version 2 model. When I took the version 2 apart, I found out how well these things are made and what engineering detail Logitech goes into designing them. Long-arm springs on the main Left-Right click buttons to return them to ready position, rather than relying on plastic flexing like on cheap mice. The click switches even though a little loud for some folks are made by Omron and will last forever. Even though Logitech doesn't sell replacement service parts such as li-ion replacement batteries and the feet you have to peel off to remove the 4 nice-size phillips screws to get it apart, you can find these on e bay if you are willing to go the route of servicing them yourself. This new 2s version is built just as good. The multi-pairing to up to three different computers is nice as well. You won't be disappointed in this mouse.

  This is a great mouse! I use it for my laptop, desktop and ipad. I read reviews that it does not have a middle button feature. It does. You can program the middle wheel and small button to do what you want from the software from Logitech. Another thing that people were complaining about was that the mouse wheel was too fast. If you press it down it becomes a standard grindy wheel. And when you press it again it goes back to super smooth. I really like this mouse.

  I don't know if I would like this mousepad with a light mouse due to the fact that it is very slick. Giving a hard surface instead of cloth a try was a fun experience.

  If you have a MS Surface and connect via Bluetooth the pointer will not track smoothly with Marvell Avastar on the MS Surface. This is a MS issue and not a Logitech issue. I haven't found a fix for this. Use the unifying receiver instead.

  I only have one issue: The designers should have rounded off the USB pass through housing. I use a wired mouse and the cable gets hung up occasionally on the housing. Otherwise, it works!

  I was getting tired of my old mouse pad skidding across the desk. Well this one won't go anywehre.Bonus: there's room on the left side of my keyboard for my pad, which now doesn't move either.
